Id like to offer my review for what it's worth, and the first thing Id like to say is that we had a good time, and it wasnt that costly, in reality cheaper than other options in Kerala.

I often read offer trip reviews by travellers before picking a resort, and the Taj Green Cove was this type of resort.

Id like to offer my review for what it's worth, and the first thing Id like to say is that we'd a great time, and it wasnt that costly, in fact cheaper than other choices in Kerala.

Indeed we met several young families have been definitely on honeymoons on a budget, and although I wouldnt respect this Taj together of the cheap honey moon locations, eating out is so cheap as possible offset the cost of an excellent hotel by eating out.

Here's my opinion about the Taj Green Cove Resort Kerala.

The spa is incredibly great, the price was relatively inexpensive, but however we hadnt bargained for the 25 percent taxes, but even allowing for the charge is fair, but missing from the spa was a sauna and Jacuzzi.

The nice pool and the club replace the fact that the Taj Green Cove isn't on the beach, so you can be confused by the name, and while we realised this we didnt understand it was a five minute trip in a tuktuk to the Lighthouse beach, and this can be off putting.

To be honest the accommodation and the location were well as much as international elegant standards. We were in a room, lovely view, lavish, DVD player, actually the majority of the trimmings, including an attractive view.

The swimming pool is an infinity pool, with overgrown tropical crops, but kept particularly clean considering most of the vegetation. We spent lots of very enjoyable time round the pool.

The food did not encourage, and the Curries restaurant promised a lot more than it delivered, and we were a bit disappointed in the breakfasts. Because of this we ate out a great deal, and there were lots of eating houses/shacks within easy walking reach, although we found Lighthouse beach encompasses, and the beach itself quite desperate.

Eventually the staff were all very helpful, very ready to please, and hidden, often the hallmark of a higher class hotel.

I'd return to The Taj Green Cove, because I'm maybe not too concerned about being on the beach, but if you're then probably this isnt the spot for you..
